Technical Description
DTC C0354 indicates an open circuit or high resistance condition within the Transfer Case Range Selection / Encoder Motor circuit. The Transfer Case Control Module (TCCM) monitors the driver circuits (H-bridge or motor lock solenoid) and sensor feedback channels. If the TCCM detects an open circuit, lack of current flow, or an open diagnostic feedback loop when driving the shift actuator, DTC C0354 is flagged and 4WD range changes are inhibited.
Possible Causes
1. Korrosion eller stiftglapp i det flerpoliga kontaktdonet direkt på fördelningslådans enkoderservo (utsatt för stensprut och salt).
2. Avbrott i motorlindning eller utslitna kolborstar inuti fördelningslådans ställdon (Encoder Motor).
3. Kabelbrott eller skavd kabelstam mellan TCCM och fördelningslåda (vanligen vid tvärbalk eller avgassköld).
4. Defekt TCCM (intern felaktig H-brygga/drivsteg eller internt relä).
