Technical Description
DTC C0365 is triggered when the Transfer Case Control Module (TCCM) detects an out-of-range voltage, open circuit, or short circuit condition within the transfer case actuator / range position sensor circuit. The module monitors feedback voltages and actuator coil current draw during state transitions. If the measured feedback does not correlate with commanded mechanical positions, AWD/4WD engagement is inhibited to protect the transfer case driveline from mechanical bind-up.
Possible Causes
4. Internt komponentfel i TCCM-drivsteget (MOSFET/relä).

Mechanic's Tip
Before replacing expensive components, always double-check wiring and connections. 80% of all sensor faults are actually due to corroded contacts or broken wires.
