Technical Description
The Transfer Case Control Module (TCCM) monitors the circuit integrity and feedback status of the front axle disconnect actuator switch. DTC C0373 is stored when the TCCM detects an open circuit, short to voltage/ground, or a logical mismatch where the front axle switch feedback signal does not correspond with the commanded actuator state within the calibration timeout window.
Possible Causes
1. Ärg, vatteninträngning eller kabelbrott i kablaget nära framaxelkåpan/framaxelns kontaktstycke.
2. Defekt lägesswitch eller bränd elmotor inuti framaxelställdonet (Front Axle Actuator).
3. Mekaniskt kärvande inkopplingsgaffel, skadad hylsa eller intern differensspänning i framaxeln som hindrar fullt mekaniskt ingrepp.
4. Internt drivstegsfel eller felande pull-up-krets i fördelningslådans styrenhet (TCCM).
