Technical Description
DTC C0385 indicates an open or out-of-range condition in the Differential Lock-Up / Transfer Case Lock Feedback Circuit. The Transfer Case Control Module (TCCM) monitors the feedback signal (switch state or analog position/hall sensor) from the transfer case lock actuator. When the feedback line goes open-circuit (high impedance state pulling to 5V/12V or falling to 0V depending on bias circuit), the module detects a discrepancy between commanded lock-up state and physical confirmation, setting DTC C0385 and disabling AWD/4WD functionality.
Possible Causes
1. Korrosion eller stiftdeformation i kontaktdonet vid fördelningslådans/differentialens ställdon p.g.a. fukt- och saltinträngning.
2. Kabelskada (avbrott, skavning mot kardanaxel, avgassystem eller chassi).
3. Defekt intern återkopplingsbrytare eller lägesgivare i ställdonet/differentialmotorn.
4. Intern hårdvarudefekt i TCCM (bränd pull-up-krets eller analog/digital ingång).
