Technical Description
DTC C0395 indicates an electrical malfunction in the transfer case actuator, clutch pack solenoid, or range selection circuit monitored by the Transfer Case Control Module (TCCM). The module monitors current draw via low-side or high-side solid-state drivers (MOSFET/H-bridge). If open-circuit, short-to-ground, short-to-voltage, or out-of-range driver feedback is detected during pulse-width modulation (PWM) or bi-directional motor/solenoid actuation, DTC C0395 is stored and the all-wheel drive/four-wheel drive system is placed into a fail-safe mode.
Possible Causes
4. Defekt drivsteg (bränd MOSFET/H-brygga) inuti TCCM (Transfer Case Control Module).

Mechanic's Tip
Before replacing expensive components, always double-check wiring and connections. 80% of all sensor faults are actually due to corroded contacts or broken wires.
