How do you fix fault code P0245?

STEP 1: Inspect the connector at the wastegate solenoid for signs of corrosion or loose pins. STEP 2: Measure the resistance of the solenoid using a multimeter. Normal values are typically between 10-30 Ohms (refer to service manual). If the value is near 0 Ohms, the solenoid is shorted and must be replaced. STEP 3: Check the wiring harness between the solenoid and the ECU for chafing that could cause a short to ground. Measure voltage with ignition on; one pin should normally show 12V battery voltage.
