Technical Description
The Engine Control Unit (ECU) monitors fuel trim and adaptation values for each individual injector to maintain correct stoichiometric ratios and smooth idle characteristics (IQA/IMA coding). P02DF indicates that the ECU has reached its maximum positive compensation limit (rich limit) for cylinder 11 to counteract a lean condition. This means the injector duration has been extended beyond normal parameters to compensate for mechanical wear, clogging, or a cylinder-specific air leak. This code is typically found on high-performance V12 engines.
Possible Causes
Clogged or faulty fuel injector (Cylinder 11)
Incorrect IQA/IMA coding in ECU after component replacement
Vacuum leak at the intake manifold specific to cylinder 11
Low cylinder compression or mechanical engine fault on cylinder 11

Mechanic's Tip
Before replacing expensive components, always double-check wiring and connections. 80% of all sensor faults are actually due to corroded contacts or broken wires.
