What does this fault code mean?
The tailgate control module (POT) has measured the battery voltage and found it too low. This is due to a poorly charged battery, corroded connecting cables, or a damaged battery.
Possible causes
- Poorly charged battery or corroded connecting cables
- Damaged battery
What you can do
- 1Check that the battery is charged and that the battery terminals are clean and tight
- 2Check that the connecting cables to the battery are not corroded or loose
- 3Charge the battery, then test drive the tailgate to see whether the fault returns
- 4If the battery is damaged or does not hold its charge: replace the battery or have a workshop check it

- The tailgate is hard to close
- The central locking for the tailgate does not work
