What does this fault code mean?
The tailgate control module (POT) has measured the battery voltage and found it too high. The cause is a damaged battery, and the tailgate's functions may therefore be limited.

- Damaged battery
What you can do
- 1Inspect the battery for swelling, leakage or other damage
- 2Check that the battery is firmly fitted and that the terminals are clean
- 3Replace the battery if it is damaged
- 4Clear the fault code and test drive the tailgate to see whether it returns
- 5If the fault remains after the battery is replaced: have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the battery and the control module

- The tailgate is hard to close
- The central locking for the tailgate does not work
- Automatic opening and closing of the tailgate does not work
